Our retainers provide access to a multidisciplinary team covering everything from Marketing Advisory and Strategy through to Google Ads, PR, and Event Management. Starting from 12 hours per month, you can allocate time where it’s most valuable—making Kin your on-call marketing team.
Our retainers are fully adaptable. You can shift focus between services month to month, scale up or down as required, or dedicate your first month to set-up and foundations at a reduced rate. Alternatively, we can jump straight into execution to deliver immediate momentum.

Brand Workshops
A thorough brand workshop allows us to gain a deeper understanding of your brand, unpack your goals and ultimate mission, and align on the best path forward.
We would use the session to really dig into your new business’s brand, what makes it tick, what will propel it forward, what may hold it back, who we are talking to and why. We will discuss and define the vision, purpose and values of the initiative, our personality, tone of voice, and core messaging pillars that will guide any future marketing and communication.
We would also discuss the visual identity and the design aesthetic best suited to help bring the purpose to life, where and how the brand logo will be used, and in what context.
Brand Book
Taking the outcomes from the brand workshop session, the next stage is the creation of a Brand Book and Strategy Document that clearly and simply articulates the brand story in one - outlining what you do and why, your values and motivations, vision and external brand promise, your personality and tone of voice and your communication pillars for marketing, social and community engagement.
The strategy document becomes an invaluable tool for internal teams, to help guide your brand forward in a meaningful, authentic and consistent way, and will sit at the heart of the brand as you develop and refine the visual world.
Please note: this Strategic Brand Book does not cover visual brand guidelines. If Visual Brand Guidelines are also being created, then we will incorporate both documents into one larger Brand Book at the conclusion of the project.
