Background:

As a young, fresh, conscious pet food brand on the NZ market, Omega Plus has never been shy to be the first to try new ideas that allow the humanisation of our pets while sharing the benefits of our superfood salmon. In doing so, we've attracted a strong following with our customers through social media and events. We made headlines worldwide with with the first pop up sushi bar for dogs and as the gold sponsor of 'The Big Dog Walk'. A mixture of digital and events has been key to Omega Plus' success with Kin over the last few years in working together.

What we did: With a new year, we were asked to create a fun campaign to create better brand awareness, customer loyalty and engagement for the brand.

Enter, our ‘Look As Good As You Feel’ campaign. Where we created a bright and bold campaign for social, digital and events. We created opportunities for the pets of NZ, to turn up the ‘Extra’ with our Gucci inspired traveling photo booth in Auckland, Wellington and Christchurch and sample the goodness of Omega Plus, while automatically entering themselves into ‘Extra Factor NZ’ with a money can’t buy prize - featuring in a double spread with FQ magazine and a years worth of Omega Plus!

Results:

Our creative campaign was so popular and well loved, it helped our clients product entry into Animates and PetStock.

We gained 7000+ emails for our database, had 30,000+ votes for our campaign, 2000+ new followers on social, and 762 models get their picture taken at our pop up events in Auckland, Wellington and Christchurch! A total of 1000 LAGAYF bandanas were given out to lucky pops, alongside treats and pats.

Our influencer packs were shared by 20 local pet loving celebrities, to help gain further coverage on social alongside our own social media campaign.
